Before Our Call

This short overview explains what we look at, what we may be able to help build, and what to have in mind before our strategy call.

Who We Are

Novora Intelligence is a digital marketing and client-acquisition company that works with mortgage professionals. We help build a more predictable pipeline of qualified conversations and booked appointments through digital advertising, lead capture, automated follow-up, and appointment-generation systems.

To be clear about what we are not: we are not a mortgage lender, broker, bank, or financial institution, and we do not provide mortgages, loans, or lending services. Our work is marketing and client acquisition — helping the right prospects find you and get on your calendar.

What We'll Look At Together

On the call, we focus on understanding how your current client acquisition works before suggesting anything. This typically covers:

  • How new borrower inquiries are generated today
  • Whether you're running any digital advertising, and how it's performing
  • How quickly and consistently new leads are followed up with
  • How much of your business depends on referrals and repeat partners
  • Where opportunities tend to go cold or fall through the cracks
  • How appointments get booked onto your calendar
  • What CRM or follow-up tools you currently use
  • Where you feel the most opportunity is being lost each month

What We May Help Build

Depending on what the call reveals, the systems we work on may include:

  • Digital advertising campaigns to generate borrower demand
  • Lead-capture systems that turn attention into contactable opportunities
  • Automated follow-up and nurturing sequences via SMS and email
  • Appointment-generation flows that move prospects onto your calendar
  • CRM and pipeline organization so opportunities stop slipping
  • Simple reporting so you can see what's working

These are examples of what we design — not a guaranteed scope. What gets built, and what it costs, is determined after the strategy conversation, not before.

What This Call Is

This is a client-acquisition and pipeline conversation. The goal is to understand how you currently generate and follow up on opportunities — then determine whether there's a clear fit worth exploring.

  • A focused discovery conversation — not a hard pitch
  • A look at where your pipeline may be leaking opportunities
  • A conversation about lead flow, follow-up, and booked appointments
  • A way to see whether a system built around your business makes sense
  • A chance to determine fit before discussing any specific approach

What This Call Is Not

  • Not a high-pressure sales close
  • Not a lending, mortgage, or financial-advice consultation
  • Not a promise of specific results without understanding your business
  • Not a request for sensitive borrower financial or credit information
  • Not a push to overhaul everything you're already doing

Helpful Things to Think About Before the Call

You don't need to prepare anything formal. A rough sense of the following is enough:

  • Roughly how many new leads or inquiries you get in a typical month
  • Whether you're currently running any paid advertising
  • How your leads are followed up with today, and how fast
  • How much of your business comes from referrals versus new marketing
  • What CRM or follow-up tools you currently use
  • Your goals for growth over the next few months
  • Where you feel the most opportunity is slipping away

Data & Privacy Note

For the first conversation, we do not need sensitive borrower financial or credit details. We only need to understand how your client acquisition, follow-up, and booking process works, plus general business goals.

Any access to systems or data is discussed, scoped, and approved separately — before any implementation begins. We take a minimal-access approach throughout.

On compliance: Any advertising, messaging, or data practices are set up to align with applicable rules and platform policies, and are reviewed as part of scoping before anything goes live. We do not make blanket compliance claims.

What Happens After the Call

The call typically ends one of three ways:

01

No Clear Fit

If your situation doesn't point to a clear opportunity, we'll say so directly. No pressure to proceed, no follow-up pitch.

02

Possible Opportunity

If there's a meaningful gap in lead flow, follow-up, or booked appointments, we'll outline what a system might look like at a high level.

03

A Scoped Plan

If it makes sense to move forward, we'll outline the approach, what's involved, and how it would be measured. Nothing is implemented until scope is clearly agreed by both sides.

Ready for the Conversation?

Bring a rough sense of your current lead flow, your follow-up process, and your biggest growth bottleneck. We'll keep it practical.
